I always find it difficult to find time in the morning to make a smoothie. Can I really be bothered to wake up an extra 10 minutes earlier?

A great way to incorporate some extra raw fruits and veggies into your meal is by using Smoothie Freezer Packs. To save money, you can buy the fruit and veg in bulk, wash and sort it and freeze it in zip lock bags.

When you are ready to make a smoothie, simply take ready made up ‘Smoothy in a bag’ which has a balance of your fruit and veg, whack it in to your blender and you are good to go!

Sometimes to get a bit of extra protein I add this Protein powder too.

You could even fill it up in a drinking container to have on the way to work! I will be posting some recipes soon… watch this space! Image
